Found a web-ring last night whose members are trying to do exactly what I want to do, reduce their stuff, simplify and bring some order to their homes. Participants in The Seven Things Project commit to getting rid of 7 things a week by recycling, donating, giving, selling or any other creative means. I think I'll give it a go!
Today I ate: -
- 1 slice of wholemeal toast, stir-fried mushrooms and cherry tomatoes with a poached egg
- Half a carton new Covent Garden clam and bacon chowder
- 1 slice white toast with liver pate and cheese
- Greek yoghurt and demerara sugar
- Shed-loads of pizza from Dominos, home-made chips, tiny salad garnish
- 2 mince pies made by Mum
