Not a good day, felt like the bad old, sad old days.
Today I ate: -
- Fruit and Fibre
- Cookie dough and icing (I made cello cookies for Youngest's piano teacher, yes I know they should have been piano cookies but I didn't have the appropriate cutter. I'm going to try ebay for next year)
- Buttery cheese sandwich with soya and linseed bread
- Small round chocolate of unknown provenance that I found at the back of a drawer
- Pork chop, pasta, veg
- Greek yoghurt with demarera sugar
- 5 fruit chew sweets
