I told two of my good friends about my blog. As I know they might be reading it I think it gives me greater accountability. I've had nice e-mails back from both my friends and I'm glad I told them. I am having coffee with Readingfriend on Friday and I occasionally bump into Writingfriend on the school run.
Due to a conflict in all our schedules at home I ended up having a sandwich for dinner :0(
Today I ate: -
- Fruit and fibre
- Half a pink grapefruit
- Brown rice and vegetables (with the last of the mozarella)
- Chicken sandwich with butter and mayo and cherry tomatoes
