We have come late to Dr Who, we have only watched a handful of episodes. We are going to rent the first series from Blockbuster.

Today I ate: -

• Sausage, half a tomato, mushrooms
• Mackeral fillet, salad leaves, half an avocado, half a tomato, blue cheese dressing
• Cheddar
• Ham and cream cheese roll-up
• Sea Bass, char-grilled aubergine, salad leaves, home-made tartare sauce
