Pears Belle Helene

Youngest and I made Pears Belle Helene for the family's dessert today. Man, it looked and smelled good. I had the low-carb version, some would call it chocolate sauce on a plate!

Today I ate: -
  • Scrambled egg with smoked salmon
  • 3 slices of salami
  • Smoked mackeral, mayo, dressed salad leaves
  • Chicken chow mein (without the noodles), dressed salad leaves
  • Chocolate sauce (70% Lindt Excellence Dark Chocolate, double cream, Splenda)
  • Maasdam
