Monday Roast

I feel periodically guilty about the family not having a traditional Sunday roast. This is due to the fact that when we get home from church it's often nearly 1pm. I guess I could put it in the oven before we leave but to be honest they love their sandwiches and crisps on a Sunday lunchtime. As I cook them dinner every evening and the kids have school dinners they consider it a treat. Anyway, we had a Monday roast today!

Today I ate: -

• Creamed mushrooms, fried cauliflower mash cake
• Pate, salad leaves, mayo
• Roast chicken, asparagus, Brussell sprouts, gravy
• Cheddar
