Chocolate Truffles

A busy day today so the kids and I made chocolate truffles and fudge as a treat.

Today I ate: -

• Miso soup and tofu
• A fair amount of spoon and bowl licking during the truffle/fudge making
• Tuna mayonnaise, herb leaf salad
• Chicken with onions and bacon gravy, steamed greens
• Cheddar
• Chocolate truffle
