The cheeseless Monday started out well as the asparagus dipped in to melted butter that I had for breakfast was delicious. I made the prawn korma from scratch with cream, ground almonds, coconut. It was scrumptious.
Today I ate: -

- Spinach and nutmeg soup
- Ham
- Prawn korma, cauliflower mash
- 3 square Green and Blacks organic dark chocolate with crystallised ginger
