Borrowed Tana Ramsay's Family Kitchen from the library and I am making the chicken and mango casserole for dinner. Also making the kids the ham and cheese muffins for lunch. I am a terrible spoon-licker so I will have to avoid temptation or I will never look like the glamourous Mrs Ramsay!
Today I ate: -
- Super high fibre cereal
- Half a carton New Covent Garden lentil and smoked bacon soup
- Ham and cheese muffin
- Chicken and mango casserole, basmati rice, baby corn, carrots, peas
