Knockout depression and sadness. I used to stop blogging on days like this and retreat within and binge. Today I skipped lunch and started to overeat at 3pm. It's 4.10pm and I have decided to stop eating and just carry on going through depression. It will lift at some point.
Today I ate : -
- Sausage, half a tomato
- Salami
- Camembert
- Cheddar
- Peanut butter
- Double cream, Splenda
- Chicken stir fry, salad leaves
