Tidyfriend lent me a recipe book called Fish Food as I want to cook more fish. I made the creamy cod stew for lunch today and it was delicious. I have heaps leftover.
Today I ate : -
Scrambled egg, baby avocado, mayo
Creamy cod stew, dressed salad leaves
Thai green chicken curry, sugar snap peas, dressed salad leaves
My goal is to break free from chaotic eating, bring some order to my life and lose the 41lbs of ballast I have been carrying around along the way.
I am 39 years old, married with 2 kids and 2 guinea pigs. My hobbies are binge eating, wallowing in self-pity, feeling hard-done-by and venting my feelings on innocent bystanders.
