Not a good week so far, foodwise or anywise. I am going to challenge myself not to snack at all until weigh day which, of course, is only two days away. I may then be able to stay the same instead of taking a gain on the scales.
Today I ate: -
- Sausage, 1 tomato
- Fragrant aubergine curry
- Lots of spoon licking whilst making gift brownies
- Chillie, salad leaves
