Project Snackfree - Day 6

Readingfriend just popped round with the Sunday Times and stayed for a cup of Earl Grey. Also, I spoke to Writingfriend on the phone earlier so, all in all, a very good evening.

Today I ate: -

• 2 chipolatas
• Ham, cheddar, baby avocado, dressed salad leaves
• Beef Stroganoff, dressed salad leaves
• Spoon licking during baking brownies
• 2 squares Tescos Finest dark chocolate
