Challenge (NO) Cheese - Day 5

Weigh day today! I lost 2 pounds.

Today I ate: -
  • 2 rashers of organic bacon
  • Smoked salmon, ham, tiny piece of Brie, 1 slice char-grilled aubergine, dressed salad leaves, mayo
  • Baked tilapia, cauliflower mash
  • Double cream, Splenda
  • 2 squares Green and Blacks
